Master of Laws (LLM) in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
Certificate in Labor Law from the Universidad de los Andes of Chile.
Pamela was a lawyer in Chile’s Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, in the Transparency Commission, and the Citizens’ Ombudsman Commission between 2010 and 2011. Later, she was an associate at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría Abogados, in corporate issues, judicial, constitutional and administrative law (2011-2015). Between 2015 and 2018, Pamela worked as an associate at FenLabs.
Pamela is an expert in civil and labor litigation. Likewise, she has vast experience in matters of corporate law, such as due diligence, SaaS contracts, software licensing, dispute resolution, capital increases, promissory or convertible notes, term sheet and SAFE contracts, amongst others.
Since 2012, Pamela has held the posts of Professor in the Procedural Law Department at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and as an instructor in the Public Law Department at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, teaching Communications Law.
