Pablo focuses his practice on tax matters, both nationally and internationally. He has advised national companies, personal assets restructuring processes, and inbound investment, among others. He also has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, capital markets, and general corporate and contractual legal advice.

Previously, he worked at Dentons Chile Larraín Rencoret as a senior associate in Tax and Corporate – Mergers and Acquisitions groups. Prior to that, he worked at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana Abogados. In 2020 he worked as a foreign associate at Dentons German office.

Currently, he is a professor of the Master in Taxation at the Universidad Mayor and undergraduate Tax Law course at Universidad Santo Tomás, Chile.
