Jaime has mainly worked as a legal consultant, guiding different entrepreneurs of Chinese and Taiwanese origin (2013-2016). In March 2016, he founded KM & S Abogados, providing advice to entities such as the Economic and Cultural Office of Taipei in Chile and the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce.

Jaime focuses on criminal law, labor, and litigation in civil and family matters.
