Carlos has vast experience advising Chilean and foreign clients on corporate matters, business reorganizations, structures, tax optimization, sales of companies and relevant assets.

He previously worked as part of the tax team of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, ECMG Abogados and is a professor of the Diploma in Tax Planning at the University of Chile’s School of Economics and Business.
